You're exhausted because you keep saying yes when you mean no, stretching yourself thin to keep everyone happy. The fear of disappointing people is running you into the ground. But you were not made to be everyone's everything, and you don't have to earn your worth by overextending. God already approves of you, fully. You're allowed to set a boundary, to say no, to rest. Living for His approval, not theirs, is where the freedom starts.
