You're the strong one, the one everyone leans on, and it's wearing you down to hold everybody's burdens at once. Caring for people is a gift, but you were never meant to be their savior. There's a difference between loving people and carrying what only God can hold. Let some of it go to Him. Cast your own cares on the One who actually cares for you, and let yourself be held for a change instead of always doing the holding.
