About this quiz
Who Do You Need to Forgive? is a free spiritual profile quiz. Answer 10 quick questions to be matched with one of these:
- A Parent · The person your heart keeps returning to is the one who raised you. That's one of the heaviest names to forgive, because they shaped how you see yourself before you got a say. Forgiving them doesn't mean what happened was fine. It means you stop letting their old voice narrate your today. You can honor a parent and still hand God the wound they left.
- A Former Friend · Somewhere there's a friendship that ended without closure, and you've been quietly carrying the ache of it. Losing a friend can hurt as much as any breakup, and almost nobody talks about it. You don't have to rebuild what broke to release it. Let God hold the part of you that still wonders what happened, and let the bitterness go before it hardens.
- A Church or Pastor · The wound you're carrying came from a place that was supposed to be safe, and that's a particular kind of pain. When trust is broken by people who spoke for God, it can feel like God broke it too. He didn't. He grieved it with you. Forgiving them is not the same as going back or pretending it didn't matter. It's refusing to let their failure keep you from the One they misrepresented.
- An Ex · There's a person you used to love, and the unfinished business with them is still shaping how you guard your heart. You can grieve what you hoped for and still choose to release them. Forgiveness here isn't reopening the door. It's closing it gently enough that you stop bleeding every time you pass it. Let God give you back the trust that ending tried to steal.
- Yourself · The hardest person at your table to forgive is you. You've been re-paying a debt that Jesus already covered, treating your own grace like it ran out. Here's the truth your guilt keeps hiding: if God isn't holding it against you, you don't get to either. Receiving forgiveness is not letting yourself off the hook. It's finally believing the cross was enough, even for you.
- God (Honestly) · This is the brave one most people won't admit. Somewhere a prayer went unanswered, or a loss landed wrong, and a quiet anger toward God settled in. He can handle that. The Psalms are full of people who shouted at heaven and stayed. You don't have to fake peace you don't feel. Bring Him the honest version. Wrestling with God in the dark is still holding on to Him.

What the Bible says
There is probably a name your heart already whispered before you finished reading this sentence: a parent, a friend, a church, an ex, yourself, or even God. This quiz helps you name it gently, and points toward the first small step of setting it down.
“and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, even as God also in Christ forgave you.”
