You have been trying hard to produce something good, and you are starting to feel dry and worn out from the effort. Jesus said He is the true vine, and the secret to real fruit is not gritting your teeth but staying connected to Him. You were never meant to grow on your own strength. Abide in Him, rest in Him, and watch what grows when you stop striving and start staying close.
