I Am the Good Shepherd

You long to be watched over by someone who will not wander off when things get hard. Jesus said He is the good shepherd, the one who knows His own by name and lays down His very life for them. You are not a number to Him and you are not on your own. He is the kind of shepherd who goes out after the one, and that one is you.
