The fear is right here, right now, gripping you in this very moment. This short verse is the one to hold. It doesn't ask you to stop being afraid first. It gives you something to do with the fear while it's still happening: turn it into trust, one breath at a time. When the afraid hits, you put your trust in Him. Say it out loud until it steadies you.
