You grieve by doing. You handle the arrangements, fix what you can, and keep your hands moving because stillness feels unbearable. There is real strength in that, and others lean on you for it. But the grief will need its turn eventually. Let yourself stop long enough to feel it. Rest is not the same as falling apart.
