If you're really honest, the doubt is doing some work for you. There's something you don't want to give up, and questioning the whole thing offers a tidy exit. That's a brave thing to admit, and admitting it is the start of freedom. God isn't standing over you with arms crossed. He's inviting you to come home and be honest about what you've been protecting. Surrender, not certainty, is the door here.
