Right now it's hard to tell the two voices apart, because they're braided together. Some of what you feel is real conviction worth listening to, and some is old shame that needs to go. Here's a simple test you can use: God's voice moves you toward Him and toward hope, while shame just makes you want to vanish. Ask Him to help you keep what's His and let the rest fall away.
