You feel like a fraud because you're smiling and serving on an empty tank, and you can't admit how depleted you really are. But your value at church was never your output. You're not a fraud for being tired. You're a person who's been giving more than you've received. God isn't standing over you asking for more. He's inviting you to come sit down and be filled. It's okay to stop, rest, and let yourself be cared for too.
