Productive 'Rest'
Your version of rest still comes with a checklist. You swap big tasks for smaller 'fun' ones, but your mind never actually clocks out. The problem is that productivity, even pleasant productivity, isn't the same as renewal. It's okay to do something with no payoff, no goal, and no outcome to report. Sometimes the most faithful thing you can do is sit with Jesus and accomplish absolutely nothing.
